Calls and SMS are not included, the phone must support eSIM, an installed profile cannot be returned — we say all of it before payment, not after.

How we work
We source eSIM profiles directly from international operator networks — in every country the profile registers on a local operator’s network, so the speed is local, not “tourist”.
Our pricing policy is visible in the catalogue itself: the comparison page shows prices in the open. When something gets more expensive we do not hide it; when it gets cheaper we say it louder.
When we get something wrong, we fix it: an eSIM that has not been installed gets a full refund within 7 days.
